Get as many people as possible to know about the project.
Gather people willing to translate from English and many other languages to Japanese, with knowledge in subbing and hardsubbing.
Receive suggestions from future participants about the actual content of the video.

Make a final selection of ideas that are going to be included.
January 2008~April 2008
Let the fans organize themselves about meeting each other for filming, where to get a proper camera, prepare whatever material they want.
May 2008~September 2008
Fans film themselves, and send the recordings. If it's in another language than english they should include translations, even though it absolutely doesn't have to be timed. (It's for us to know wich parts are more interesting to include and to help the future subbers if they don't know the language)

Try by all means to get the video to Arashi. We will send them DVDs, emails, and we might even resort to harrassing Ogura-san if nothing comes through ;)

Put the video online for viewing & downloading. Yes, Arashi gets to see it first!! :P
